  • Help to improve service quality of RSPI by taking care of and handling all patient or customer complains, particularly of health-related issues
  • Provide appropriate information & explanation for patients' concern and explore possible course of action for resolving issues by focusing on patients and family rights


  • Medical Doctor graduated from Reputable University
  • Young and energetic
  • Minimum 2 years experience in hospital management
  • Show adequate interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both oral & written English
  • Computer literate
  • Customer oriented and able to handle complain
