Personal Payment

Deposit is needed for patients with personal payment and do not have corporate or health insurance guarantee. Our staff will help you by providing information regarding the amount of deposit that you need to settle when registering. Payment can be made in cash or using other options such as credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. To find out more information related to the payment methods, please contact our cashier counter in the respective hospitals.

Insurance or Corporate Guarantee

Payment by insurance or company is acceptable only for parties or institutions in partnership with RS Pondok Indah Group. We advise you to contact your insurance company or your workplace beforehand to find out the procedure and the benefits that you have. If the value of the coverage that the patient gets from his/her individual insurance or corporate insurance program can only cover part of the total health care cost, then the remaining amount can be paid later when the patient checks out.

Cost Estimates

When you have a plan to undertake a particular medical procedure or treatment, you can ask for the cost estimates beforehand. The cost estimates may not correspond to the real cost as this will depend on the level of difficulties, complication, or unexpected condition arising during the medical procedure or treatment.
