Visiting Hours and Policies

Every care unit has its own visiting hour policy. To ensure the quiet and comfort of patients and other patients, visits are permissible only during the visiting hours and conducted by turns. We need your cooperation by not talking loudly and leave the inpatient room soon after the visiting hours end. It would be advisable for you to delay your visit when you feel unwell. Children below 12 years old are not allowed to visit.

Visiting Hours

General Ward & Baby Room

Noon: 11 AM - 1 PM

Afternoon: 6 PM - 8 PM

ICU, ICCU, & NICU

Noon: 11 AM - 12 PM

Afternoon: 6 PM - 7 PM

Only one visitor is permitted at a time

Children are not allowed to be in this unit

Baby Intermediate Rom

Noon: 11 AM - 1 PM

Afternoon: 6 PM - 8 PM

Only parents are allowed to visit

Maximum of 2 visitors for each patient are allowed to visit at the same time

Important Notice:

During the COVID-19 pandemic, RS Pondok Indah Group has temporarily stopped visiting hours. Infection control precautions for hospital visitors are needed to prevent disease transmission and improve the comfort of our patients.
