Our Actions to Keep You Safe

1. Screening for all patients, visitors, and employees

Screening is conducted at every entrance of RS Pondok Indah with thermal scanner. Everyone allowed inside are those who are ensured to have normal body temperature and free from the symptoms of COVID-19 infection.

2. Usage of touchless buttons

We apply touchless buttons for parking ticket retrievals and elevator buttons. Hand sanitizers are also equipped with sensors, to keep you safe when you visit our hospitals.

3. Applying physical distancing

We strictly apply physical distancing in every area, limit the visitors of outpatients and inpatients, and minimize the crowding of patients in waiting areas by doctor appointments-only system. To avoid droplets, we have installed acrylic dividers in cashier, pharmacy, and nurse station areas.

4. Disinfection

Our Committee of Infection Prevention and Control has set a disinfection standard with clinically tested and proven methods. The disinfection process is conducted routinely in all areas of our hospitals.

5. Usage of HEPA Filter and Extraoral Dental Suction

Every dental practice room of RS Pondok Indah Group has been equipped with exhaust system with HEPA filter, portable HEPA filter, and extraoral dental suction that acts as air and aerosol filters to ensure clean circulation.

6. Mandatory usage of masks 

Every patient, visitor, and employee of RS Pondok Indah Group is obligated to wear masks at all times when they are within the area of our hospitals.

7. Providing hand hygiene facilities

We provide sinks and hand sanitizers in numerous points in our hospitals to make it easier for you to maintain your hand sanitation as the main deterrent for infection.

8. Usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Our doctors and employees are mandated to always wear PPEs according to the standards set by the Ministry of Health of Indonesia and World Health Organization (WHO).

There is no need to worry if you have to come to our hospitals. Still, we always have to stay safe and maintain the health of our families.
